Cancelation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me. I hold your appointment time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 48 hour notice. This way I can adjust my schedule accordingly and can accommodate clients on my waitlist. This helps to honor my commitment to excellence while I continue to provide for my family.
Here is the general breakdown: less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved appointment. No-show will be charged 100% of the service amount.
